Love this place, especially during the off season. Summertime you have to reserve early and its a little bit pricier. BUT OFF SEASON, this place is AMAZING!!! Prices are cheaper and the rooms are STUNNING. (Even the motel ones). Our stay this time was in the luxury suite which included a fireplace, a bath tub, and a full kitchen. Everything was cleaned and fully stocked when we arrived. Staff is friendly and helpful. I didn't get pictures from my last stay at the motel but it's clean and a great place to stay too. I RECOMMEND this place to everyone looking at this review.

This resort is right in the beach with beach view rooms and walking paths right to Frankfort beach. We stayed in a king suite w/whirlpool spa and it was fantastic. Staff are courteous and simply nice. You can walk downtown and enjoy the sites, shops, and restaurants. Sleeping Bear Dunes is a short drive north on historic M-22, which is beautiful. Crystal Lake is spectacular as well, but chilly as it is spring-fed. Enjoy!

Highly recommend Harbor Lights Resort. The views are stunning and the staff was very polite. The pool and hot tub were great and there were doughnuts and coffee for breakfast. We got the luxury suite with the whirlpool tub in the room and it was awesome! There was a huge porch where we could see the beach very well, even though it was only technically a partial ocean view room. The only issue we had was the fireplace between the living room and the bedroom is completely see-through. I had to stack our luggage in front of the fireplace just to get in the tub with my kids in the living room. Very strange design when advertised for families with a pull out bed in the couch.

Our room was clean and offered a slight view of the beach. It was cozy and had a jacuzzi tub. Our room was not accessible. However, there are ground floor rooms which would be much more convenient. Staff was excellent and helped us with our TV issue ASAP. Great place to stay with family! Everything is literally within walking distance! I mean, everything!

Our stay was short but pleasant. Staff was helpful, they had yummy donuts for breakfast, rooms were clean, and the location is amazing! Highly recommend

Can't speak for the "busy season", but our September stay was quiet, comfy and enjoyable. Room was a bit dated, but large, usable and clean, with a comfortable bed (but weird pillows). Location on the beach can't be beat!
